What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are automatically calculated, and are based on the delivery district and cubic volume of the entire order.
All orders will be delivered at the door of the chosen address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Bank transfer, PayPal, Multibanco and MB Way

How long will delivery take?

After the order is validated and the payment is confirmed, it will take 2-3 business days to be delivered at your doorsteps.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation, and invoice. Another email will be sent when the order is shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. All orders will generate an invoice. Be sure to insert all the correct data.

Where can I pickup my order?

At this moment the pickup option is only available for clients of the Lisbon district. You can pickup your order at our Store in Cascais (Link to Cascais Store contacts).
